Established in June 2007, Zhuzhou Kemeng Vehicle Accessories Co., Ltd Foundry Branch Company mainly engaged in production and sale of small and medium-sized steel castings of freight train. It blongs to Zhuzhou Kemeng Vehicle Accessories Co. Ltd and primarily produces all kinds of steel castings for open wagons, flatcars, tankers, hopper cars, railway trucks and railway building maintenance equipment.

Our company owes lots of advanced production equipment and quality inspection equipment including a vacuum casting production line, a silica sol casting production line, a set of medium frequency furnace with 2-ton capability, a set of medium frequency furnace with 250KG capability, a set of heat treatment furnace with 12-ton capability, a set of dewaxing cauldron and lost wax casting equipment, and a direct reading spectrometer imported from Germany. We also have a machining workshop and a mould manufacturing workshop, which can poroduce many small and medium-sized steel castings like ZG230-450, B-level steel, C-level steel and ZG07Cr19Ni9 stainless steel and the annual productivity of this company is 10.000 tons. As a result, we become a stable manufacturer for the Ministry of Railways with the code “ZKM”.

Our vacuum casting is referred to as “Green Casting” for its advanced technology, mature process, higher efficiency and less pollution. Furthermore, the castings produced has high dimensional accuracy, little cracking tendency, high quality in both innersides and outsides, which achieves unanimous appreciation from all customers.
